This infographic consists of 20 motivational quotes from YA books. Given that you’re a visitor of our blog, you must have at least heard about, if not read the books.

They are among the most popular in the past century, because everyone of us can relate to the stories in some ways. We had at some point the same insecurities about our mediocrity or abnormalcy. We know the feelings of being not good enough. We experienced the fear of failures when choosing the road less travelled.

The main characters, as young and inexperienced as we are, managed to keep fighting to live their lives in their own terms. They refused to be discouraged by criticism and misfortunes, and chose to believe in themselves and preserve hopes at all times. They made their journeys count.

The motivational thoughts and sayings that encourage them to take actions and pursue their dreams are compiled into this infographic of inspiring quotes. Feel free to take this inspiration dose. At the same time, check if you are able to recall a book name from the quote. Let us know in the comment section!

  1. Awesome infographic! I love all of these quotes, but I’ve always especially liked the ‘it does not do to dwell on dreams’ one from Harry Potter, the ‘rattle the stars’ one from Throne of Glass and the ‘we accept the love we think we deserve from Perks of Being A Wallflower 🙂

  2. Beautiful graphic! I don’t think it would be a YA quote fest without a bit of Sarah J thrown in. Her ‘rattle the stars’ quote will probably end up being just behind Harry Potter in terms of tattoos for bookworms. I’ve often though about it myself. Thanks for sharing Rach <3

    • Another from her that I think all bookworms can relate “I can survive well enough on my own— if given the proper reading material”. I guess I’ll have to make another infographic about that 😀
